Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned to us in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging at your expense. We reserve the right to deduct 20% restocking charge from the amount refunded. In the first instance notify us of the return by completing a Return Form on this website and requesting a RMA (Return Authorisation Number) number. Goods should not be returned to us without a RMA.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns can be made by sending the goods and a copy of the delivery note or invoice via registered post to Country & Town Limited, Atlantic Business Centre, Atlantic Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 5NQ.

 

Returning Faulty Goods

Any products that are found to be faulty within 28 days of purchase should be returned to us for replacement or refund. In the first instance notify us of the return by completing a Return Form on this website and requesting a RMA (Return Authorisation Number) number. Goods should not be returned to us without a RMA. Goods may need to be tested before a refund is made; this may take up to two weeks. Please note that EasyFlow is acting as a third party seller and cannot be held responsible for any expenses occurred as a result of a manufacturer’s faulty goods. The manufacturer’s returns policy will apply to all goods found to be faulty after 28 days.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be only be made after any returned goods have been received and can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed if the original account no longer exists.

Refunds will be made on goods that are damaged, faulty or not as described. Please return the goods to us. EasyFlow will cover the cost of carriage on returned goods that are damaged, faulty or not as discribed. Returns can be made by sending the goods and a copy of the delivery note or invoice with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number via registered post to Country & Town Limited, Atlantic Business Centre, Atlantic Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 5NQ.

 

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged.

 

WEEE

EasyFlow abide by the WEEE regulations and will take back your old electrical goods on a like for like basis provided that they are sent to us within 28 days of the purchase of new item of electrical equipment. This means that if you were to purchase a new economy 7 water heater control from us, you could within 28 days send us the old economy 7 water heater control for us to dispose of. In this instance you will have to pay for the postage and packing of the item. We will only accept like for like items.
